Integrated Therapeutic Massage
Massage therapy has been used in various forms for thousands of years to address stress reduction, pain relief, and injury rehab. In order to create a truly client-centered session and best address your individual needs I integrate a variety of techniques that may include:
Swedish Massage - a relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork which focuses on the skin and superficialmuscles of the body.
Deep Tissue Massage - focuses on the muscles, tendons, and ligaments of the body and requires a specific focal pointsuch as a muscle grouping. Pressure does not have to be intense in order to be effective and can be pain free.
Strain Counterstrain - a manual therapy technique that gently and effectively releases muscle spasms and reduces joint pain by passively shortening the affected muscle areas.
Myofascial Release - softens and stretches the connective tissue that surrounds all the structures of the body creating space and restored mobility
Integrated therapeutic massage sessions result in relief from aches and pains, increased circulation, decreased stress levels, enhanced mental clarity, and greater flexibility.

I wish I could give her more stars.
I had a massage by Amy last week and she was amazing. Very kind, knowledgeable, and I felt at ease during my appointment. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends. I drive all the way from amherst and I won't be going anywhere else for my massages from now on. I wish I could give her more stars. Thanks Amy!
I would highly recommend.
I haven't had a massage in years and I am so glad I had booked with Amy. She asked questions to get know what I was looking for and made me feel extremely comfortable. The massage was so relaxing and helped get out my knots. I would highly recommend.
Try her and see for yourself!
"Found Amy by chance and it was a bit of a true blessing that I did. Had been in PT for some time fixing a herniated disk 5 and bulging disk. The aches and pains were all new to me and after a certain point of PT they told me I can finally get a full 90 minute M-therapy session. Well Amy new just what to do and spend a ton of time with me; after a comprehensive talk about my injury, my pain points and my pain management. She spend extra time working the periformis muscle and it truly helped ten-fold. I'm going back to her very soon. Try her and see for yourself."
